Authors are invited to submit an extended abstract of at least one, but no more than two full pages, in English, no later than 31st January, 2025.
Abstracts should be submitted using the online form available below, strictly in accordance with the relevant format instructions, already embedded in the provided Abstract Template.
Word format (NOT PDF) must be used, as abstracts undergo formatting prior to publication in the Conference Proceedings.
Please note that the receipt of all abstracts will be confirmed. Authors that have not received an e-mail stating the succesfull submission of their abstract should contact the Scientific Secretariat. Likewise, if you need to replace your abstract. Please avoid double submission.
Notification on the abstract acceptance and request of full papers submission will be send to corresponding authors by 15th Ferbuary 2025.
