Registration fee includes: Participation in the Conference, Proceedings & Conference Kit, Welcome Drinks/Buffet, Meals, Coffee Breaks, Gala Dinner.
Accompanying person fee includes: Welcome Drinks/Buffet, Meals and Gala Dinner.
Payment Methods
All fees should be paid through the Special Research Fund Account of the Technical University of Crete Electronic Payment Site, either by credit card or bank transfer, available from 1st November 2024.
Please ensure that all payments made by bank transfer are NET of bank charges and commission fees.
Please make also sure that the registrant’s name is clearly indicated as unidentified bank transfers cannot be processed.
Reimbursement
Registration fees will be reimbursed by 50%, if written request or cancellation is submitted to the Conference Secretariat by 30th April, 2025. No reimbursement will be possible after 1st May, 2025 or after the conduction of the Conference.
